““The 30 day challenge came at the perfect time for me. The hardest part was setting aside the time to do it and not let other distractions get in the way. I loved the power in the reporting at the end of the day. I did not do perfectly at this challenge. I missed days and I didn’t accomplish everything I felt to do.
